Lakeside Angling started as a class project, an idea I developed during an entrepreneurship course where I was challenged to create and present a business concept. That’s when the vision of Lakeside Angling was born: a fishing lodge designed for anglers of all skill levels, focused on teaching people how to fish and fostering a love for the sport.

But the truth is, my connection to fishing started long before that classroom. I grew up casting from docks, learning patience, respect for nature, and how to enjoy the quiet moments between catches. Fishing has always been about more than just the fish, it’s been about family, tradition, and time well spent on the water.

After that class, I realized this could be more than just an idea. I decided to start small with clothing, gear that reflects the lifestyle I love. With the long-term goal of building fishing lodges across the U.S. that help others experience the same peace, excitement, and connection the lake has always given me.
